It uses image processing and machine learning algorithms to recognize and transform characters into editable text, thus facilitating the reading and analysis of unstructured data.

Expense Notes OCR in Optimal RH

Automation of invoice and receipt analysis for direct integration into the expense management system, improving efficiency and speeding up the reimbursement process.

This project uses OCR to automate the analysis of invoices and receipts, integrating the data directly into the expense management system to enhance the user experience by minimizing manual entries and speeding up expense reimbursement.

Document Analysis and Classification

Extension of OCR to automatically classify documents such as PDFs or résumés, facilitating their management and optimizing human resources processes.

We plan to extend the use of OCR to automatically analyze and classify other types of documents, such as PDFs or résumés. This application will allow for the quick filtering and organization of large quantities of documents according to predefined criteria, facilitating information and human resource management.

OCR for Expense Management Chatbot

Integration of OCR into a chatbot to allow automatic expense recording by simply sending images of receipts, simplifying expense tracking for users.

OCR is also integrated into our expense management chatbot prototype, allowing users to automatically record expenses by simply sending images of receipts via the chatbot. This feature increases convenience for users by simplifying expense tracking.
